We source capital for startups and growing companies. Quantum’s approach is very different from typical venture capital, private equity, or investment banking firms.
We target the least expensive or free money sources first (such as grants, low interest government loans, bonds, and sale-leasebacks of facilities). Quantum raises both debt and equity for our clients. Our Executive Team holds Series 7, 66 and 79 securities licenses.
Only after securing low cost, non-equity funds do we approach the equity markets.
Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our clients don’t give up control of their business to outside investors.
